Join a prestigious global manufacturer as an Accessories Quality Engineer in Kenilworth. Lead IQM warranty projects for Special Vehicle Operations and accessories, enhancing vehicle programs through problem-solving and engineering changes. Collaborate withProduct Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Services to ensure high-quality production and timely implementation of engineering changes. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, project management skills, and proficiency in agile environmentsand 8D problem-solving.Position Description:The SVO Quality Assurance Department is part of the Product Engineering Quality Function, delivering improvements to the current vehicle programs via problem solving, manufacturing plant support & delivery of Engineering Running Change. The successful candidatefor this role will lead and deliver IQM warranty projects for Special Vehicle Operations and Accessories manufactured in UK and abroad. The role will also require assessments of technical production information relating to accessories. This role will requirestrong working relationships to be developed & maintained with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, MP&L, Finance, Purchasing & Customer Services.Skills Required:

Experience of vehicle products including;- Accessories Whole vehicle system & architecture knowledge
Knowledge of Manufacturing & Supplier Quality operations & processes
Knowledge of product creation & quality processes
Experience leading teams / Project management experience
PC Literacy
Ability to build & maintain solid working relationships
Demonstrate business acumen / Well organised, methodical, flexible & have the ability to cope with priority actions or process changes
Excellent written & verbal communication skills & the ability to present at senior meetings
Have the ability to multi-task in pressurised situations
Drive & motivation to achieve targets with minimal supervisor
Engineering Change Management / BOM

Experience Required:

Engineering Degree Lead validation of accessories fitment procedures
Experience of operating in an agile environment.
Experience of operating Jira 8D problem solving

Experience Preferred:

Knowledge of PVT operations & processes.
Working Knowledge of WERS & PACN process
Working Knowledge of icreate
Working Knowledge of 3Dx Dassault systems Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Lead & manage Warranty projects
Assess accessories fitment procedures and timings
Scrutinise business cases & support or challenge decisions to progress
Guide Engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase.
Manage the icreate CMM & CEM meetings to accelerate throughput
Manage the handover of changes from programmes to running change.
