Our client seeks a high calibre Property Manager for their offices in KenilworthResponsibilitiesManaging your own portfolio on behalf of clientsHandling and overseeing maintenance jobs and complianceEnsuring rental accounts are up to dateWorking alongside the Lettings department to ensure properties are in good working order and ready for move insBuild and maintain professional working relationships with landlords and tenantsAssisting with Inspections, Inventories and Check OutsOrganising rental increases, renewals and relevant serving noticesRequirementsMust have at least 1 years experience in the industrySelf motivatedMust be organised and have the ability to manage high volumes of workCustomer service skills are essentialBe able to independently work as well as be a team playerUnderstand and keep up to date with legislation changesARLA Qualified (desirable but not required)Must be able to drive with access to their own carFor more information please contact Alexis Mead
