Job Description

German speaking Customer Service Administrator (must be totally fluent in German language speaking and writing)Salary to be discussed at screening stage (our client has asked us not to advertise)Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 min break). No weekendsSurrounding village to Kettering. Office basedHolidays: 33 days (including Bank Holidays)Permanent Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based near Kettering. Our client operates a fully office based environment. You’ll be working at our client’s UK Head Office and will work within a small team of 4 people, reporting to a CustomerService Manager.In this team they’re responsible for all customer service for their multiple retail online websites. For this particular role, you’ll be supporting our client’s German retail online website. Naturally due to the requirements of this role, you will need tobe fluent in German language communication skills, both verbal and written. For the majority of the role, you’ll spend your time responding to emails (in German) from retail customers. However, there will be phone calls too. Our client estimates there willbe circa 5-15 calls per week. This is a customer service role, there will be no sales.Summary of role:

  • Handling and resolving customer queries by both email and telephone for our client’s ecommerce websites to a very high standard.
  • Contacting customers to advise on any issues that may occur with their order.
  • Problem solving and escalating any issues or complaints that arise to the Customer Service Manager, to ensure they are dealt with efficiently.
  • Working closely with the Web Fulfilment Team in our client’s Warehouses to help resolve any despatch and return order issues and ensure the best service possible is given.
  • Working alongside our client’s Ecommerce Team, you’ll support with editing product images for the multiple B2C website sites and supporting the Ecommerce team with online marketing tasks as required.
