Our client operates a fully office based environment. You’ll be working at our client’s UK Head Office and will work within a small team of 4 people, reporting to a CustomerService Manager.In this team they’re responsible for all customer service for their multiple retail online websites. For this particular role, you’ll be supporting our client’s German retail online website. Naturally due to the requirements of this role, you will need tobe fluent in German language communication skills, both verbal and written. For the majority of the role, you’ll spend your time responding to emails (in German) from retail customers. However, there will be phone calls too. Our client estimates there willbe circa 5-15 calls per week. This is a customer service role, there will be no sales.Summary of role:
