Job Description

Step into a dynamic role as a PMO Analyst and become a key player in shaping their IT projects and change function. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and analytical with excellent communication skills for close collaboration with Project Managers,Project Stakeholders and the IT Team.This role will require 2 days a week in the office in West Malling.Key Responsibilities for the PMO Analyst:

  • Be the architect of project plans, tracking dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and partners to orchestrate seamless governance and flawless execution.
  • Overlay the 6 and 12-month plan with a consolidated budget view and projection, milestones and deadlines for in flight projects and new demand
  • Preparation of dashboards, tracking and analysis of performance information across the full portfolio
  • Conduct critical path analyses, manage risks and issues, and mastermind resource allocation.
  • Responsibility for schedule updates, ensuring they are precise and polished.
  • Lead impact assessments and determining cost and schedule consequences.
  • Craft compelling reports, including status updates, RAID logs, and performance analyses.
Experience required for the PMO Analyst:
  • This role requires a passion for transformation. Mastery of project planning tools.
  • A background in Portfolio Management, PMO, or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in project governance and controls.
  • High proficiency in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
