Job Description

About a career with Elis We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our brand new Cleanroom site in Knutsford. You will provide accurate, effective and professional administration and excellent customer service. Your Mission at Elis

  • To develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to provide first line support to both.
  • To efficiently deal with any customer queries
  • To provide accurate and timely data entry, manipulation and retrieval, including payroll data - using Crown system to check daily employee hours and clear all exceptions for payroll to be processed.
  • You will provide administrative support to the Shift Managers, checking and processing holiday requests, sickness, new starters, leavers, maternity leave, etc.
  • Raise purchase orders, credits and check/ change customer orders using Dynamics.
  • To identify and appropriately and professionally escalate any problems / issues which need management intervention.
  • To maintain customer and staff confidentiality and to work to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Other, administrative duties
