Job Description

Head of Sales and Marketing - Technology A market leading Digital agency with a highly successful Customer CX centric approach, have an exciting new career opportunity available for a Head of Sales & Marketing. The company are penetrating new market sectors with global customers who are seekingto enhance their own customer (CX) experiences using the very latest developments in technology to manage and develop their online digital presenceSo, what’s the role all about

  • The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for generating new business opportunities. using professional sales and marketing skills to investigate prospective clients’ company structure, industry positioning, and any other relevant information.
  • This information is used to penetrate the company with the intent of securing new business opportunities
How will you make an impact
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-up and prospecting of potential customers globally, without any territory restrictions.
  • Make outbound calls from researched customer lists as well as maximising efforts from inbound opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed Lead Development quotas as defined by board level executives..
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future products and services offered.
  • Interact as necessary with sales and technology team members
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Have you got what it takes
  • Education ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of software or telecommunications sales experience required with demonstrated success in a target driven environment.
  • 6+ months lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experience.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
  • CX (customer experience) sales or website sales experience

  • 2 days working from the office each week after initial settling in, meet the team period
