Job Description

Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary and interim staff within the customer contact market.We are pleased to be working alongside a market leading business as they look to recruit a Contact Centre Manager to take ownership of their inhouse and outsourced Contact Centre operations.You will lead an operation of up to 60 FTE split between the UK and offshore whom provide phone and email support to personal and business customers in this successful and thriving Financial Services business. As Contact Centre Manager you will need to be flexible enough to manage through others and split your time between the hands-on buzz of the Contact Centre operations and the more strategic, analytical aspects of the role.
