Job Description

Contracts AdministratorLeeds£24K -£26K plus excellent benefits

We areactively seeking a Contract Helpdesk Administrator to helpstrengthen theirInstallations & Service Department.As Contracts Administrator your duties will include:Working closely with our Installation Coordinator,Good administration & IT skills are a necessity, with a proven history and experience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etcAssisting the Installation Coordinator in planning and scheduling Engineer resource, Hiring plant equipment, Arranging Training for our Engineers, Fleet Management, Audits & Accreditations, Pre-Installation Checks, Ferry/Customs paperwork, writing Risk Assessments& Method Statements, Assisting the Admin Team with completion of Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire paperwork The role will be wide and varied, covering a multitude of tasks to include but not limited to:Assisting the Installation Coordinator in planning and scheduling Engineer resource,Hiring plant equipment,Arranging Training forEngineers,Assist with audits and AccreditationsIOSH or similar qualification/experienceRams and method statementsFleet Management,Pre-Installation Checks,Ferry/Customs paperwork,AdministrationAn Engineering/Technical background would be an advantageFor further details please forward your CV for consideration.
