Job Description

Working for a market leading manufacturer. Due to their continued expansion programme, they now have a position available for a Contracts Administrator to strengthen their existing team.Working as part of the Service Team, the ideal applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Good administration & IT skills are required with a proven history andexperience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).A Mechanical/Electrical background would be advantageous but not essential.The role will be wide and varied, covering a multitude of tasks to include but not limited to:
  • Working closely with our Installation Supervisor, the ideal applicant will have an ability to communicate in a pleasant and intelligent manner at every level.
  • Good administration & IT skills are a necessity, with a proven history and experience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • IOSH Managing Safely Qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Assisting the Installation team in planning and scheduling Engineer resource
  • Hiring plant equipment
  • Booking Training for our Engineers, Fleet Management, Audits & Accreditations
  • Pre-Installation Checks, Ferry/Customs paperwork
  • Assisting the Admin Team with completion of Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire paperwork.
Working full-time (39 hours) and based at their Leeds office, the successful person will be agood team player and have the drive, determination & patience to see the varied tasks of thisrole through to the end.
