Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are recruiting for a Customer Journey Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising our customers experiences across all touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsto ensure a seamless and cohesive journey that delights our customers and drives loyalty and growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance customer experiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Utilise customer data and feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and trends to inform journey improvements.
  • Work with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for changes that will enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our customer journey processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer journey management, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
