With a spacious, bustling room dedicated to early childhood learning, they areseeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their passionate team.Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator, will play a pivotal role in fostering a stimulating, supportive, and inclusive environment for preschool children. Working full-time over 4 or 5 days, you will be responsible for planning and implementinga rich curriculum that encourages childrens development and love of learning. Your creativity, dedication, and ability to engage with young children will help create a foundation for lifelong learning.Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Activities: Plan and deliver a range of educational activities that meet the developmental needs of the children.
• Child Development: Observe and assess childrens progress, providing individual support to enhance their learning.
• Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Safety and Welfare: Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a large, busy room, contributing to a cohesive and supportive workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential: Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience: Prior experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Passionate about early childhood education, patient, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
