General Practise SolicitorAn experienced General Practise Solicitor is wanted for a rare, varied and challenging opportunity with an established Leeds law firm. Applications are invited from hard working and reliable Solicitors with general legal experience but majoring in business law matters, Commercial Property and Residential Property. Salary is up to £48,000 with excellent benefits. Reduced hours and remote element will be considered.The successful Solicitor will join a small team, managing a mixed caseload of business law matters for an existing SME and OMB client base. Day to day duties will include drafting of commercial agreements and terms, advising on business formation and disposal, and acting on small to mid sized Commercial Property transactions. Some Residential Conveyancing work is envisaged at peaks. No business development requirement is envisioned.Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in legal work rather than be out of the office networking. The successful candidate will have acquired over 10 years experience in a busy high street firm or regional practise, managing a broad range of Commercial Law matters whilst maintaining Commercial and Residential Property sharpness. Strong technical skills should be complemented by a warm personality and solid work ethic.
