What Youll Bring:We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Services to join our growing Solutions team where you’ll define and execute the strategy for TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions including bringing relevant global Marketing Solution products to market. This individualwill work closely with stakeholders from across the business, and externally, to develop a strategy for the business and to execute on that strategy effectively. They will also collaborate closely with the CoE and Global Marketing Solutions team.Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Develop a strategy and roadmap of developments for our marketing products, and work with stakeholders across the business to deliver including development of business cases and buy-in from the business. Communicate strategy and progress to a broad rangeof stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Bring local market expertise and knowledge to help define which Marketing Solutions products are brought to the UK market: continually evaluating product-market fit and providing product and feature feedback to the Global Marketing Solutions group. Advocatefor the region and provide feedback to the Global Marketing Solutions leadership on local needs, features and functionality. Own the regional go-to-market strategy development and execution including sales enablement, marketing and demand-gen activities.
  • Ensure local direct and/or indirect sales support teams are equipped to drive product adoption; increase pipeline and average deal size. Develop and execute strategy to enter UK media buying / agency space.
  • Manage the P&L for Marketing solutions. Establish and track key product metrics, assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, identifying competitor offerings, strengths, and weaknesses. Utilise analysis to inform product differentiation strategies.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance and privacy teams to ensure our products are delivered in a compliant manner. Accountable for making sure all Marketing solutions products adhere to TU’s product governance framework including management of products throughthe product governance process.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Understanding of and ability to build relationships in the UK media buying/agency network.
  • Significant product management or business development experience in a data driven organisation including P&L ownership and commercial management experience.
  • Understanding of marketing audiences in the UK, sources of alternative data, and identity resolution as well as the impact of regulation on the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience of creating new product lines within large organisations including experience defining and executing a cohesive go-to-market plan and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Able to source and analyse data to understand drivers of business performance and use that to identify opportunities. Can think of different ways of achieving growth by being different from what we, or competitors, have done before.
