Job Description

Plot Conveyancer- Up to £36,000- Leeds- Hybrid - work from home & work from the officeOur client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm with offices across England. The firm has an outstanding reputation within the industry, and prides itself on proving outstanding service to clients and a fantastic place to work for their members ofstaff. They are a market leader within residential development, and are looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales team in the Leeds office.Duties

  • Handling a range of 50+ plot conveyancing files
  • Using the CRM to keep files organised
  • Communicating with clients and keeping them updated throughout the process
You
  • You must have a minimum of 1 years’ plot conveyancing experience, carrying your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to view situations from the perspective of the business
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised with time and documents
  • Ability to prioritise a workload
