Property Litigation - Senior AssociateAre you an experienced solicitor with a passion for property litigation Are you ready to take on a new challenge and join a dynamic legal team Our client, a leading firm in the legal industry, is looking for a Property Litigation - Senior Associate tojoin their Property Litigation team in Liverpool and Manchester.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of property litigation cases, including disputes involving utilities. You will be responsible for achieving financial and chargeable targets, maintaining case management records, and takingan active role in business development initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train, supervise, and develop junior team members.To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You should have experience in property litigation, particularly involving utilities companies. You should also have a flexible approach to work and be able to adaptto different tasks.
