This role offers the chance to support talent operations by ensuring a consistent and efficient process, including scheduling interviews, managing inboxes,conducting and monitoring compliance requirements, generating contracts, and supporting report compilation. With a competitive salary of £150 per day PAYE, this role provides an excellent opportunity to join a leading global recruitment company.What youll do:Provide timely, personalised and quality support by evaluating and troubleshooting talent management system and compliance matters.Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge and collaborating with peers.Support and train end users to ensure understanding of process and systems.Conduct audits of recruitment files and communicate necessary changes and actions items to ensure data accuracy.Support talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed.Amend records as needed by utilising established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance.What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Onboarding Administrator role at Resource Solutions will bring a wealth of skills to the table.
