Job Description

Are you a Registered Manager seeking a new roleI am currently working with an outstanding residential childrens home with an independent school setting on an exciting Registered Manager role in the Linton, Cambridgeshire area.The Childrens home has capacity for 16 young males aged 15-18 who have displayed complex behavioural issues.It providesyear-roundindividualised treatment programmes of therapy and education, delivered on-site at theirIndependent Special School and carriedout within a therapeutic community setting.Salary: £45,000Hours: 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri (some occasional evening and weekend work)What you will need:

QCF Level 7 Leadership and Management Award.
Experience of being a Registered Manager.
Experience of line management.
Experience of managing change; the ability to analyse data and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
An understanding of Therapeutic Communities, Care Homes, Schools
Working in an organisation supporting children and young adults with complex needs would be an advantage.
A full driving licence and your own transportas we are in a rural location.
As the role requires involvement of the on call rota, you will need to live within 1 hour of the site.
