Job Description

The Communications Executive will play a pivotal role in the Marketing & Agency department of a leading retail company. The role involves facilitating effective communication within the team and engaging them in company initiatives and values.Client DetailsThe company is a well-established, large retail organisation based in Liverpool.   • Develop, implement and manage internal communication strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various internal communication channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align internal and external messaging.
  • Coordinate company-wide events and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement activities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends to continually improve internal communication strategies.
  • Facilitate two-way communication and feedback between employees and management.
  • Manage internal communication channels and ensure messages are clear, consistent and engaging.
ProfileA successful Communications Executive should have:
  • A degree in communications, marketing, business or related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of the retail industry and its current challenges.
  • Driving license required
