Job Description

Home Based Sales Executive, Media Sales£25,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE (realistic in Year One), £100,000+ OTE in year two and beyond.

  • This home-based sales role is with a thriving media group and marketing agency with a 100-strong team.

Your Profile:
  • Demonstrable success in traditional advertising sales (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Outdoor, Magazine) or digital media sales.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and marketing budget holders.
  • Positive & Proactive: Possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and a drive for results.
  • While the role is home based we are looking for someone to be based in the North West of England, ideally Liverpool and surroundings.
The Role:
  • Lucrative Compensation: £25,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £80,000 in your first year, scaling to £100,000+ beyond. The commission will be guaranteed to a certain level for the first few months for the right person. For instancea recent candidate loved the sound of the job but was earning £40,000 Basic. The company guaranteed the commission to £40,000 for the first three months and paid commission out on sales above this.
  • Flexible Work: Design your ideal work schedule, whether its 3 days a week, 5 full days, 5 half days, or anything in between, with hours of your choice between 8 AM and 8 PM.
  • Targeted Leads: 90% of your time will be spent nurturing high-quality leads generated by your dedicated marketer, who will align with your weekly strategy.
