Job Description

Acorn Insurance are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems for our customers.The Product Manager will be responsible for improving either conversion or engagement for our customer journeys. The successful applicant will have a passion for building products that add real value for our customers. Ideally, you will have previous experiencein regulated industries, such as payments, fintech or insurance.The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing, and the wider Digital team to create simple and impactful solutions. Success will be measured by the impact you have on customer acquisition conversion and retention across ourportfolio of products.Role:Product ManagerSalary:£55,000-£65,000 DOELocation: Liverpool City Centre with Hybrid working availableWorking hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pmWhat you will be doing:

  • Work on the roadmap for conversion and engagement across web and mobile
  • Work alongside a strong team of Product Owners including their skills, initiatives and how they add value to the business.
  • Developing a smooth product development process that helps us clearly define value and prioritize backlogs.
  • Work with the Product Manager lead, Digital Director and business stakeholders to define, build and ship new digital initiatives that deliver against quarterly business growth goals.
  • Help support the product owners to priorities and execute against the planned roadmap
We are looking for colleagues who are:
  • Experience as a Product Leader with experience growing digital products and journeys through iteration and experimentation.
  • Strong focus on conversion and growth for B2C products or services
  • Experience building and executing a product roadmap for scaling products
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset. Experience with BI and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability create strong partnerships across the business
  • Background in regulated industries, payments, fintech, or insurance would be beneficial
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering products from scratch
  • Clear understanding of growth principles and frameworks across both transaction-based and subscription-based models.
