Account Manager - Corporate TravelOur client is renowned for its global provision of bespoke corporate travel services, technology emphasising user-focused design, and remarkable event solutions. Originating from robust partnerships in the financial, legal, and insurance sectors, our clientseamlessly integrates personalised service with state-of-the-art technology to deliver unmatched experiences in travel and event management.As an Account Manager specialising in corporate travel, you will play a pivotal role in the business, ensuring seamless travel experiences for their clients. Your primary focus is on maintaining client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, anddriving strategic growth within the corporate travel sector.Account Manager - What will I be doing

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain multi-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and goals.
  • Performance and Strategy: Meet personal KPIs, develop strategic Client Journey Plans, and ensure consistent service delivery according to SLAs.
  • Compliance and Growth: Drive client compliance, manage commercial models, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance client loyalty.
  • Program Reviews and Implementation: Conduct strategic reviews, participate in client implementations, and drive contract renewals.
  • Thought Leadership: Share industry insights and best practices to establish yourself as a thought leader.
Account Manager - What experience do I need
  • Its essential that you have recent experience of working in a similar role within Corporate Travel.
  • If you have experience managing accounts in the Law Sector this is an advantage.
  • Youll of course be an outstanding communicator and will have a proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and use initiative.
  • You will have a broad understanding of industry trends and products.
  • You will have the ability to present solutions and upsell services effectively.
Account Manager - What else do I need to knowThis role is paying £45k - £50k plus bonuses according to performance with a comprehensive benefits package to include 25 days holiday plus birthday off, life assurance, private healthcare and more. This is a hybrid role in the city requiring you to be inthe office (which is fabulous!) 3 days a week and 2 days from home. This business is growing and can offer great long term career prospects.
