All investment management and advisory services are offered through the investment engines of Man AHL, Man Numeric, Man GLG, Man FRM, Man Varagon, Man Global Private Markets and Man Solutions. Purpose of role: AP specialist familiar with global payments and paying international suppliers, matching invoices to POs, across different tax regimes. Adhering to a strong control framework, while working with high volumes of invoices, and expectations of excellent attentionto detail and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Supplier record management, including onboarding checks, and bank account setup
• Routine processing of settlement runs and resolving any failed payments
• Identifying fund related and entity related invoices
• Execute thoroughness and attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of invoices across a wide range of subject matter
• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, including management of cash claims for fund rechargeable items
• Prioritize and manage mailbox email traffic to assist the overall teams processing targets
• Monitor workflow transactions and execute ownership of assigned tasks / suppliers
• Deal with disputed invoices and invoices on hold
• Ongoing statement reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures
• Cleansing of data sets for population across systems
• Participation in ad-hoc projects as they arise

Key Skills & Experience:

• High level of familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook for mailbox management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Experience in managing service provider accounts preferred
• Able to follow and produce procedure notes for inputting and checking tasks
• Willing contributor to teams overall objectives and process improvements
• Workday experience preferred but not essential
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems
• Analytical, logical thinker with high attention to detail
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent
