We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our Technology team in our Fitzrovia office. The successful candidate will work directly for a VP or Director, and will be responsible for supporting on all elements of the deal process as well as managingwork streams on their own.With significant client exposure and the need to develop relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external, this role carries a high degree of responsibility towards deal success.Youll hone your research, process and client-facing skills in understanding your sector fully; with a high level of attention to detail, financial and people skills alongside youll fit seamlessly into the team and your priority will be to learn as muchas possible from the talented people around you.Many of our team members stay with us longer than the industry average. We pay particular attention to how you can develop both your career and your skill set. This team is not one to ensure you serve your time, it will move you along your career trajectoryas quickly as you can progress.Our culture is very much corporate finance with personality - we work to high standards but find time to have fun together too. We are collaborative and collegiate and never compete internally; only externally and in pitches.The ideal candidate will have 18+ months of experience of working in M&A advisory as an Analyst, or exceptionally may have worked in transaction services or similar elsewhere. Candidates are welcomed from both routes but either way you will need to showan understanding of, and enthusiasm for the Technology sector, and be able to demonstrate your existing technical skills. Entrepreneurial spirit is always a significant advantage in our firm too.Please note that if you are successful post your first stage interview there will be an assessment centre which will take place at our office based in Fitzrovia on Thursday 11 July.
