Within this organization, the Integrated Production team produce Demand Capture digital creativesacross all marketing avenues, delivering creative content via media channels.The Assistant Digital Producer is responsible for the flawless running and organization of Integrated Production projects, including oversight, planning, and collaborating with wider brand teams and media channels, to deliver Demand Capture assets acrossExpedia brands.You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day aspects of projects, managing the workflow, and maintaining operational excellence. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization.This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and organization skills.What youll do:

  • Manage the BAU Demand Capture projects - end to end management of projects from English master to delivery to channel
  • Manage the BAU digital magazine publishing, prioritise tasks, bugs and manage third parties
  • Help to define project scope and technical specifications and obtain estimates whilst working closely with the project team in the creation of projects specifications and timelines.
  • Develop relationships with all team members and business partners.
  • Encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Budget and finance oversight.
  • Be a reference point for Demand Capture production and Project Management advice and ensure the highest standards and best practices are maintained
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget
Who you are:
  • Someone with 2+ years Creative Production or integrated project management experience
  • Knowledge in CMS and website build and digital media
  • Understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies
  • Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills
  • Constantly able to demonstrate that you are on top of your projects. Brilliant communicator, pathfinder, and problem solver
