  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality audit and accountancy services.
  • Lead and develop a team of audit and accounts professionals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, providing exceptional client service.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective completion of work within deadlines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in audit and accounts within a UK practice environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
