Job Description

Are you an experienced Audit & Accounts professional with a passion for the Not-for-Profit sector Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in London, who are seeking an Audit & AccountsSupervisor to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with prestigious not-for-profit clients, delivering exceptional audit and accounting services.In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a talented team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and accounting assignments. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and building relationships with clients, offering them invaluable insightsand advice. Your expertise will help shape the success of various charitable organisations, making a real difference in the community.Our client prides themselves on their supportive and collaborative work environment, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.   • Lead and supervise audit and accounts assignments for a diverse portfolio of not-for-profit clients.
  • Review and finalise financial statements and audit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit strategies.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in audit and accounts within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and Charities SORP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
