A fantastic opportunity to join the growing London Bridge City Projects team. London Bridge City is a thriving riverfront estate along the banks of the Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, covering half a mile of prime real estate. This extensive21.5-acre estate comprises a diverse mix of spaces with 3 million square feet of offices, retail and leisure outlets. The role is to help and assist property management teams with building fabric maintenance issues and to procure and manager small works projectsfrom £10,000 to £500,000. To appoint specialist and project management consultants as required. Manage external consultants delivering the annual façade and roof inspections and remedial works. To work with the client’s asset managers to provide best in classproperty and facilities for all occupiers and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding/Fabric defect diagnoses and recommend remedial works.Technical advice to Property and Estate management teamsSpecification writing for small works.Tendering and manage small works packages.When required tender and appoint lead consultants to project manage/provide professional advice.Manage statuary compliance on façade inspections, annual 33% surveys – Arrange surveys, review reports and arrange works resulting from reports.Manage fire door inspections and maintenance.Manage fire stopping inspections and maintenanceAssist with any fabric related issues raised in annual general and fire risk assessment that Property Managers may require assistance with.Lead on Bi-monthly fabric meetings with Property Managers.Fabric budgets- Support Property Managers in setting and utilizing the annual fabric and project budgets.Events- Support the events team as and when required.Ensure existing asbestos register software is operational and software is to be kept up to date and managed by the property managers.Keep and update the Fabric data sheets for each building.Building fabric inspectionsSupport Senior Estate Manager with annual lease inspections of the single let buildings.Planned maintenance programme- support property teams and external consultants in preparing the annual Planned maintenance programme reports.Landlord engagement.Landlord support with capital expenditure and or occupier projects.Write recommendation reports to client.Implement fabric maintenance strategies.Contribute to Savills supporting its vision, values and aims & objectives.Skills, Knowledge and Experience Essential
