Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand our clients market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights for product and service enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align business development activities with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development or similar role within the fin-tech or financial services industry.
  • Harbour a pre-existing network of enterprise clients who will utilise a prepaid card service
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytic skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
