Job Description

Centre Administrator / Property Administrator / Office Administrator /Commercial Lettings AdministratorJoin a purpose-driven, inclusive business that is a certified B Corporation, dedicated to making a positive impact on society and the environment. We are seeking a Centre Administrator to join our team. This office-based role (Monday to Friday) requiressomeone with experience in the property industry, ideally with some experience of commercial lease/lettings / co-working/flexible working or commercial office sales environment. Alternatively we will also be open to applicants who bring strong customer-facingand administration skills that focuses on a high end /luxury brand image.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the front line for service delivery, supporting the Site Director and Senior Management team.- Manage serviced office accommodation and conference rooms, ensuring top standards of management, maintenance, and service.- Promote high satisfaction among occupiers and clients, promptly responding to their service requirements.- Assist the Site Director and deputise in their absence.- Communicate courteously with occupiers and clients, acting as the first line site ambassador.- Control contractors on site and manage the Permit to Work System.- Run Helpdesk and organise PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works.- Handle PO/Invoicing for the site.- Maintain high standards of building management and cleanliness.- Participate in regular tenant meetings, ensuring all issues are promptly dealt with.- Maintain the Site Health & Safety system, ensuring compliance with health and safety audits and legislation.- Fulfill compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company standards.Key Skills Needed:- Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email).- Ability to build and develop relationships internally and externally.- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure.- Good awareness of Health and Safety legislation; ideally IOSH qualified.- Exceptional customer service skills.- Ability to work on own initiative and show proactive problem-solving abilities.- Experience in similar roles, preferably with knowledge of Riskwise and Gmail.Values and Behaviours:- Willing to go above and beyond for customers and to deliver excellent service.- Self-management, showing initiative, being proactive, and meeting deadlines.- Embracing change, including technology.- Delivering effective communication.- Achieving results and prioritising work.- Providing innovative solutions and problem-solving.- Committed to personal and professional development.Work Environment:- Office-based role, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).- Join a certified B Corporation that prioritises purpose, inclusivity, and high ethical standards.Apply now to become a key part of our mission-driven team!
