Job Description

The Client Insights and Analytics Associate role involves joining an international team to analyse data and report insights on investment portfolios, performance, and holdings to support global client distribution and servicing efforts. Responsibilitiesspan investment content, client content, and client relations, tailored to the candidates skills and interests.Client DetailsThe client is an international financial services provider with offices in South Africa, Canada and more. They have a strong commitment to core values, encouraging intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and individualism.DescriptionThe Client Insights and Analytics Associate roles responsibilities include:

  • Client Content: Analyse and maintain client reporting materials, support client data requests, and manage global projects to refine content and streamline processes.
  • Client Relations: Assist Client Managers with queries, develop relationships with adjacent teams, and maintain standard information documents.
  • Investment Content: Develop external presentation materials, perform analysis to convey key messages, and manage internal communication related to strategies.
ProfileThe successful candidate will have a client-centric attitude, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to breaking down complex matters.
