Job Description

Description:We are looking for Client Onboarding Analysts to join GMASS and work with an Investment Banking client in Central London. This will initially start as a 6-month FTC with the expectation for extension.The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for Client Onboarding/End to End onboarding process. Including ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Managing the prioritisation of the Onboarding pipeline to ensure effective use of scarce resources and responsible for maintaining tension on the process to deliver the go-live as quickly as possible.
  • Independent management of Low Touch client On-Boarding, including ownership of relationship with various desks across Capital markets who the clients belong to. Expected to hold regular meetings and provide updates to those desks, including desks headsand Capital Markets business managers.
Requirements:You will have the following:
  • 4+ years Client Onboarding/KYC experience within Investment Banking
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets (either directly or within Operations)
  • Experience in Transition (managing the end-to-end onboarding process)
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written as well as presentation skills
  • Client oriented, with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
