Job Description

Role: Collections ExecutiveLocation: London (Hybrid role)Salary: £36kExciting opportunity to join an asset finance specialist based in London, the successful candidate would be joining a great team on a hybrid basis working for a dynamic, growing company.Responsibilities of Collections Executive

  • As a Collections Executive you will be responsible to manage a case load of end-to-end collections, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Conduct daily phone calls and send emails to customers, following up on payment commitments and resolving queries.
  • Chase customers proactively for overdue payments, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including customer service and finance, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Report directly to the Collections Manager, providing regular updates on collections activities and performance metrics.
Experience and Skills needed to be Collections Executive
  • As a Collections Executive, you will leverage your previous experience to manage a case load of end-to-end collections effectively.
  • Demonstrate your passion for helping customers resolve financial matters professionally and empathetically as a Collections Executive.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections efforts in your role as a Collections Executive.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • Showcase your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while chasing customers for outstanding balances as a Collections Executive.
  • Apply your strong numerical skills to analyse payment data and manage collections effectively in your role as a Collections Executive.
