Job Description

Purpose of the RoleThe Consultancy+ Board ensures operational consistency across the consultancy lines including finance, streamlining processes and reporting to deliver a service which benefits our clients and adds value to the properties we manage, and in some cases don’tmanage.Supporting the Consultancy+ Board Chair, and coordinating with heads of consultancy lines for Engineering & Design, Health & Safety Consultancy, Development Set Up, Security Consultancy, Car Park Management, FM & Occupier Services, and Sustainability Consultancy,the purpose of the role is to support in improving the quality of client care and service offered; providing administrative support on existing business projects, reporting as well as providing adhoc support contributing to efficiency and organisation.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the monthly Consultancy+ Board, obtaining agenda items, collating documents and completing minutes and actions
  • Coordination of Board level projects, chasing actions required from Board members and liaising with other admin to coordinate updates
  • Build knowledge of the full range of our Consultancy Services across the PM Division
  • Creation and implementation of aligned templates for all Consultancy Services, working with administrators to implement a consistent approach across all teams in regards to reporting and ensure quality assurance
  • Improve consistency in the way that we market, pitch, deliver, present and accredit Consultancy Services
  • Create guidance for projects where required and working with the divisional comms lead to issue project comms to the business
  • Identify opportunities whereby the different consultancy teams could work together to further enhance their service offering
  • Liaison with divisional comms lead to ensure regular business updates are provided
  • Liaison with divisional PR lead to ensure key business wins and successes are shared with the business and promote innovation in specialist areas that could enhance the Property Management offering to our clients
  • Assist the Head of Consultancy+ with reporting up to the PM+ Strategy Board on the consultancy teams and a forum for stakeholders to report into and share best practice and innovative ideas
  • Ensure all consultancy advice and operations are in line with PM+ principles and align to the Green Charter
  • Support with financial performance and reporting for Consultancy+
  • Keep up to date on legislation in areas of expertise and be aware of new legislation that could impact Savills and which could create opportunity
  • Be aware of the companies’ policies, ensuring compliance with quality standards and keep information confidential
  • Organise and safeguard project and company documentation / data management
  • This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with many teams and being involved in varying projects. The successful candidate must have excellent organisation skills and be willing to develop the role, building a greater understandingof the services offered within Property Management.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) with a willingness to learn to use different systems (PowerBI) desirable
  • Has a proactive, “can do” attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be assertive where necessary
  • Willingness to learn and welcome opportunities for training and professional development
  • Working to strict deadlines whilst achieving a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Understand organisational purpose, activities, aims, values and vision
  • Understanding of data entry and record keeping
  • Has good organisational and time management skills
  • Capable of learning new procedures and processes
