Job Description

Purpose of the RoleTo provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Engineering & Design Consultancy team.Key Responsibilities

  • Organise travel for consultants using travel portal and desk booking applications.
  • Organise meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Proof read and document formatting; fee proposals, site audit reports, pitches, org charts and documents.
  • Prepare job numbers and folder structure for consultancy teams.
  • Diary management; coordinating consultant’s diaries, scheduling meetings.
  • Assist onboarding process with new joiners, including IT and equipment set up, training and development support for the team and Graduates.
  • Assist Consultancy Support Manager with finance; monthly billings and reconciliation, subcontractor invoices (submitting and coding) and debt collection.
  • Presentation preparation using Microsoft applications, marketing and assisting with internal communications.
  • Assist Consultancy Support Manager with other various duties from time to time.
  • Ad-hoc duties; printing, filing, scanning, binding.
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Excellent proof reading and presentation preparation skills
  • Comms and marketing experience is advantageous
