  • This role plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the business wide Operational Services strategy and deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for leading on the management of relationships with all the businesses key BPO outsource providers.
  • You will drive a customer-centric and continuous improvement culture, striving for operational excellence.
  • You will be helping to develop and achieve the consultancies overall managed service strategy as part of a centre of operational excellence.
  • You will manage 3rd party BPO providers, ensuring the service provision is delivered in line with our agreed contracts and the best way to support the overall vision of creating an excellent experience for our colleagues, whilst operating within a controlled and governed framework.
  • You will develop and have overall responsibility to manage the service delivery and ensuring agreed KPIs are met and achieved within the teams spend.
  • Your focus on continuous improvement of service delivery will be gained through building, influencing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external customers, including leaders across the business.
  • Profile
  • Strong track record of successfully partnering with BPO Suppliers in order to drive best contract value and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a focused, concise and commercially relevant manner
  • Ability to navigate a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Results orientated - able to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Keen ability to build and influence relationships with stakeholders to a senior level (with a flexible approach)
  • Driven mindset, able to lead but also works well within a team
  • Delivery when managing 3rd Party suppliers, including relevant governance frameworks
