Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to support the industry subject matter experts to determine the efficiency of the curriculum design aligned to system functionality and transfer a suite of learning resource to our LMS. They will createand continuously improve learning experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners and drive high-impact learning that meet Ofsted requirements, whilst working alongside our Learning Experience Design Manager.What will you be doing

  • Work with Curriculum Design Specialists and Learning Experience Designer to assess learning requirements to identify main outcomes and appropriate means of meeting them.
  • Develop learning experiences that strengthen company goals and initiatives and meet compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for current learning content mapped to the standard KSB criteria and present for ideas for combining learning into single, more suitable learning assets to meet outcomes and show innovative learning.
  • Support teams to develop best practices, workflows, and behaviours to improve work quality and efficiency.
  • You will partner with SMEs to transform their subject knowledge to digestible learning content across a number of media objects.
  • Support the wider Curriculum Team & Technologies team in ensuring content is aligned to Lifetime Training achieving outstanding grades for use of technology within Ofsted requirements.
  • Ensure that the learning journey is enjoyable, engaging, relevant, and informative.
  • Upload, organise and administrate the content within the Aptem learning environment as required.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality through feature requests.
What will you bring to the role
  • Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Some understanding of web site design best practices
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Understand curriculum design and ideally apprenticeship delivery.
  • Must be technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team.
  • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
