Team/Role OverviewDelta One Equity Swaps Trade Support and wider Middle Office team sits within Citi Market Operations supporting the Delta One Business and is part of the overall Prime Finance Middle Office unit. The role is positioned at Citis Assistant Vice President careerlevel. We collaborate closely with our external global peers, partners, and regulators, and play an integral part in leading an agenda at the forefront to optimise and streamline processes and drive strategy across our industry. What you will doThe primary responsibility of this role is to support and manage the Trading Desks needs. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all operational queries for the Index and Client Solutions branch of the Delta One Trading team, therefore,sound working knowledge of both the Equity Swap product and the underlying Index/Custom Basket products is essential. Duties also include managing our Prime Swap clients. The employee will interact closely with clients, tending to their requests and liaising internally across the Business, Middle Office, and Operations. The role will incorporate all aspects of Equity Swapoperational client service - covering execution to allocation trade handling, trade lifecycle management, fails management and Client and Desk queries. This position operates at a fast pace, managing significant volumes and demanding quick responses. It emphasizes delivering innovative value-added services to enhance desk performance, elevate client satisfaction, potentially boost business revenue, all whileminimizing Manual Touchpoints (MTPs) and driving operational efficiency.
