Team/Role OverviewDelta One Equity Swaps Trade Support and wider Middle Office team sits within Citi Market Operations supporting the Delta One Business and is part of the overall Prime Finance Middle Office unit. The role is positioned at Citis Assistant Vice President careerlevel. We collaborate closely with our external global peers, partners, and regulators, and play an integral part in leading an agenda at the forefront to optimise and streamline processes and drive strategy across our industry. What you will doThe primary responsibility of this role is to support and manage the Trading Desks needs. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all operational queries for the Index and Client Solutions branch of the Delta One Trading team, therefore,sound working knowledge of both the Equity Swap product and the underlying Index/Custom Basket products is essential. Duties also include managing our Prime Swap clients. The employee will interact closely with clients, tending to their requests and liaising internally across the Business, Middle Office, and Operations. The role will incorporate all aspects of Equity Swapoperational client service - covering execution to allocation trade handling, trade lifecycle management, fails management and Client and Desk queries. This position operates at a fast pace, managing significant volumes and demanding quick responses. It emphasizes delivering innovative value-added services to enhance desk performance, elevate client satisfaction, potentially boost business revenue, all whileminimizing Manual Touchpoints (MTPs) and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to Front Office Sales and Trading around lifecycle management.
• Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation and identifying operational risk.
• Helping to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are monitored continuously, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis.
• Contribute to the creation of an infrastructure and tool set that will effectively manage risk and service our clients to a high standard.

What we will need from youThe successful candidate is required to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience to deliver on the below value add and service differentiators.

• Operational Expertise: demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions such as Settlements, Lifecycle Management, Reconciliations, Trade Support and Corporate Actions.
• Product Knowledge: Equity Swap and wider Derivative product knowledge essential
• .In addition to knowledge and understanding of Index/Custom Baskets products
• Client Presentation : An ability to be articulate, confident, intellectually. Team members should have the skillset face off in business meetings on topics such as Metric Pack presentation, Yearly/Half Year/Quarterly client service reviews or ad-hocissue/resolution meetings.
• Innovation/Creative Thinking : Each team member should offer creative and innovative solutions to client issues when they arise. Members should also look to harness these innovation skills to develop a record of process improvement, procedure controlstrengthening and reduction of manual touch points (MTPs).
• Strong risk management and control mindset
• Self-reliant, good analytical person, results orientated.
• Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business.
• Solid understanding of life-cycle trade processing for Equity Swaps. Includes trade capture, settlements, and reconciliations.
