Job Description

Assisting the Head of Finance and wider finance team with the provision and delivery of transactional accounting duties. Study for CIMA or ACCA encouraged.Client DetailsBanking organisation with international reach. Offices in the City of London. Liverpool Street.DescriptionReporting to the Head of Finance, working in a collaberative team environment, your role will be varied and responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and executing bank reconciliations
  • Investigating, documenting, and resolving all queries regarding the movements of cash across Nostro account.
  • Preparing accounting entries with relation to interest claims, non-receipt, value date entries in relation to the Nostro Reconciliation processes.
  • Reporting and clearance of outstanding items.
  • Responsibility for Accounts Payable, ensuring all invoices are paid and processed promptly and in a timely manner.
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of Finance department inbox and correspondences.
