Job Description

Altum Consulting are pleased to be working with a global consumer business that are a household name to all. This business is currently driving a period of positive and exciting change. Working with the Chief Transformation Officer and CFO you will lead a range of projects across people, process and technology. With plenty of low hanging fruit there is an opportunity for the right candidate to make significant value add across the finance function and wider business units.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead initiatives and instil transformation and change behaviours across the finance function
  • Design, deliver and implement programmes inline with business transformation vision
  • Review current technology with associated applications and design future ways of working with a focus on automation and simplification
  • Review and design a GBS structure that is fit fur purpose, cost effective and will deliver on long term strategic initiatives
  • Work with CFO on finance operating model and lead implementation with all regional directors
    • Candidate profile and attributes:
  • Chartered Accountant is preferred but not essential
  • Experience within transformation at a Tier 1 consulting firm would be advantageous
  • Proven track record delivering large scale change within finance transformation
  • Ability to not only lead initiatives but also design and deliver
  • Forward thinking with technology and future ways of working
