Job Description

Full Stack Technical Lead About Canvas Reply: Canvas Reply, part of the Reply Group, works with some of the worlds biggest brands, providing an end-to-end product design and development service, covering each phase of digital product development. We combine insight, creativity, and technical expertiseto deliver tailored digital solutions that allow our clients to stay ahead of the competition. Our services include UX Research, UI/UX Design, Web Development, QA, Sitecore, and Managed Project Delivery. Role overview:As a technical lead, you will be leading software development projects, focusing on application implementation and system integration within the travel/e-commerce industry. You will have the opportunity to manage client relationships, address concerns and ensureclear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will need to possess strong leadership skills, extensive client management experience, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from conception through deployment, emphasizing scalable, maintainable, and industry-specific solutions
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers within an Agile and Scrum framework, promoting best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and sprint planning
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in software development and the client industries to keep the team and projects at the cutting edge
About the candidate:
  • A Bachelors/Masters degree in Computing, IT or Business related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expert knowledge of React, .Net, and experience with Sitecore are highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on a comprehensive analysis of varying factors
