Job Description

  • Overseeing and undertaking work across audit (40%), accounts and tax (60%)
  • Mentoring junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Working closely alongside other Managers and Partners
  • Reviewing work of junior members of staff
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Staying informed about changes across audit, accounts, and tax regarding laws and regulations, advising clients accordingly.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidates for this role will have the following:
  • Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients
  • ACCA or ICAEW qualified
  • Proficiency in accountancy and office software
  • Experience supporting, and training junior members of staff
