Position OverviewThe Head of Digital Custody Product Development will be responsible for developing and driving the development of State Streets tokenisation and digital strategy. This will include evolving the product development strategy, securing investment spend and leadingprograms of work. You will work with industry partners and specialists within the firm to realise the goals of the strategy, leading a team of digital custody specialists. A core part of the role will be working with the traditional custody product team todetermine a convergence strategy for the business and ensure integration of products. The rapidity of change across Digital and Tokenized asset is significant and the successful candidate will be required to stay abreast of change and play a role in shaping the organisations thinking. Actions to integrate latest thinking into the developmentroadmap will require thoughtful steps to enable target architecture to implemented against near term time to market goals. With such rapid evolution choosing the right focus areas will be key to your success. Reporting into the Global Head of Custody you will also work alongside the Head of Custody Product Development and technology, operations and architecture leads.
