Head of EMEA Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

Work with the Global Head of Marketing and the US business to create, refine and implement the firm’s marketing strategy in Europe.
Build and enhance the firm’s brand and market position through different channels including PR, Digital, Internal Comms, Events, Content & Product Marketing.
Manage a small London-based team with a player/coach mentality to coordinate the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Utilise KPIs to measure success and analyse results in order to make strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders within the business.
Work collaboratively with the US Marketing team to plan and launch creative campaigns with an understanding of how to market in various countries across EMEA.

Requirements

10+ years of international marketing experience with a proven track record driving growth through innovative campaigns across EMEA.
Prior experience of developing a marketing strategy and ensuring success through measurement of KPI metrics.
Asset management experience is essential although prior private markets coverage is not necessary.
Strong understanding of institutional client segment.
Assertive leader who is able to empower staff and influence senior stakeholders to drive change and growth.
