They are leading the way in creating innovative products where health and wellbeing is the primary focus, while maintainingtheir commitment to climate-friendly practices. Being family-run, they operate an ethos of inclusivity, whereby collaboration and creativity forms the basis of their working culture.Having hit the £10m revenue mark last year, they are set to grow a further 50% this year, aided by deals with both UK and American grocery giants, as well as vast increases in ecommerce sales. With 80% of their revenue coming from international sales, theyare expanding their presence across the world, as part of their wider objective to becoming a household name.Being the number one in finance and reporting directly to the Co-Founders, you will have the ability to be a strategic face of the business and be part of their growth story in the years to come. The role itself is all encompassing, from leading the presentationof management accounts, budgets and forecasts, to implementing financial controls and providing strategic advice.Responsibilities
