Job Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who has an eye for detail Are you looking for a highly desirable hybrid working pattern Would you describe yourself as a strong communicator If so, read on!Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer on an initial six-month contract. The head office is based in London, offering on a hybrid working pattern.The Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices.
  • Maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox and answering all queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconciling the credit cards, supplier statements and petty cash.
The Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer will have:
  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable department, with a solid understanding of the invoicing cycle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience using numerous ERP systems and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
