  • Act as the guardian of our tone of voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
  • Understand and address the internal content needs of our global campaigns, transforming them into compelling stories.
  • Support internal communication efforts by bringing the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to life through strong and consistent storytelling across various formats-testimonials, infographics, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with our creative services team to seamlessly integrate copy and design.
  • Enhance employer branding campaigns by crafting engaging communication pieces and testimonials.
  • Draft content for our career websites to reflect our updated EVP.
  • Edit and refine communication pieces for management to effectively inform their teams about the latest internal news.
  • Assist in producing a wide range of content that matters to our people across the organisation, including testimonials, infographics, and other creative pieces.
Profile
  • Journalistic or writing-intensive background or studies
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and adapt tone of voice for different audiences
  • Strong affinity for storytelling, with a focus on achieving high engagement
  • Hands-on attitude and a strong sense of autonomy
