Specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the IT services sector, the firm has a proven track record of delivering exceptional advisory services to a diverse clientele. Knownfor its dynamic and collaborative work environment, the firm is looking to expand its team by bringing on board a highly skilled and experienced Vice President.Job Description:As a Vice President at our clients esteemed M&A boutique, you will play a critical role in leading and managing transactions within the IT services sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the M&A landscape and a strongability to drive deals to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions within the IT services sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, potential buyers, and investors.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in M&A, with a strong focus on the IT services sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and successfully closing M&A transactions.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
