Job Description

Junior Finance ManagerUp to £50k DOE + full study supportHybrid working (2 days per week in the office)We’re thrilled to be working with a leading Global Music company looking for a top Junior Finance Manager. Offering an amazing opportunity support some of the biggest names in the music industry our client is looking for someone with a passion for the musicindustry to join their expanding team. Supporting their existing Finance Manager this role offers a full study support package and hybrid working:Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and prepare VAT returns.
  • Manage ledgers and payments.
  • Prepare weekly and month-end reports.
  • Oversee monthly royalty reporting.
  • Manage artist/label expenses and statements.
  • Reconcile royalty accounts.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing management accounts and finance reports.
  • Help with sales, KPI, and ad hoc reporting.
The successful candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting.
  • Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, particularly XERO, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to commute to their London office when working onsite.
