If you are an experienced Pensions and Investment Complaint Handler, then this is the role for you!The project is assessing how different pension and investment products were sold to customers while reviewing the customer journey; checking whether correct and appropriate procedures were followed, the right information was provided and whether due diligencewas applied. To join this project, the client is looking for contractors who have knowledge and experience within the industry and with the following products: SIPPs, OEICs, ISAs, and Non-ISAs and Bonds. You not only need to be Level 4 qualified, but willalso need to be able to show you have dealt with complaints relating to advice and suitability of pensions and investment products when sold.Location: RemoteRate: £250 per day (inside IR35)Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per dayRole:-
