This will involve representing yourself as a credible, professional industry expert, demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours at all times.You will also be responsible for

  • Developing and setting goals that support growth and implementing plans and strategies that promote the achievement of goals in your team.
  • All aspects of recruitment and selection for your team, ensuring that the team is fully resourced to deliver the goals and targets set.
  • Collaborating with other departments across FRG, ensuring that initiatives are implemented and are aligned to overall business goals and objectives, specifically with reference to
  • Client management, marketing, training and talent acquisition.
  • Maximising the commercial value of Phoenix through implementing excellent data integrity standards across your teams.

  • At least 3 years experience in a 360 or 180 billing recruitment role
  • A strong sales history with the proven ability to generate at least 2 personal deals per month
  • Experience in team leadership in a recruitment environment, demonstrating the necessary qualities to inspire a team and drive performance by leading from the front
  • An excellent working knowledge of the recruitment sector (any industry), and its associated resources such as candidate and client databases, job boards and professional networking platforms, e.g. Linked In
  • The dedication to become a trusted industry expert with the required market knowledge to be established as the go-to recruiter in your market
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
